While I love being a mom, I am so excited to announce that I am going back to work! I will be doing the Utah Valley Bridal Fair this Saturday the 2nd! It’s at the new fancy Utah Valley Convention Center from 11am to 5pm! Please come check out all the amazing venders and come by to see me! I will be giving away a couple free engagement sessions!
Photography Lighting Workshop!!!!
I am teaming up with Brekke Felt of Felt Photography for an amazing workshop on lighting! We will focus on using auxiliary lighting indoors and outdoors to make even the worst lighting situations produce great photographs! It will be November 10th from 11-2pm in Pleasant Grove. How you use light is arguably one of the most important aspects of photography, so this workshop is very important!
I will be focusing on lighting indoors using bounce flash & off camera flash so you can be confident you will get great photographs despite the poor lighting situations (such as receptions). These principles can also be used for night time and sunset photographs.
The technics we will teach you can transform your photography and your business. Since learning OCF I have cut my editing time in half because I get it right in the camera and less post is needed. I have also been able to raise my prices as the quality of my work skyrocketed with OCF.

Provo Bridal Fair TODAY at the White Willow!
I am so excited to let you know that today September 15th I am a vender in the Provo Bridal Fair at the White Willow reception center. There will be lots of prizes and giveaways today from all the venders and its a great way to help plan your wedding! I will be giving away two FREE engagement/bridal sessions and to enter you only need to come visit me at my awesome booth and put up with my crazy personality for a bit. ;D
The White Willow is located at 342 N 500 W (State Street) in Provo. It’s a gorgeous venue that I love photographing in! Come check out all the fun from 9am to 6pm!!! And just to let you know, if you want to drag your fiance along as well I have candy at my booth and I know some of the other venders have food as well so he really has no excuse not to come with you. ;D

New Website launching in the 24 hours!!!

Officially Certified!!!
I am so happy to announce that I am now officially a certified professional photographer!!! I took the written test in February and passed and the board recently passed my portfolio review! I am a huge believer in getting an education. I am very happy that I now have a Bachelor’s degree in photography as well as a professional certification. I feel that these things help set me apart from the sea of other photographers in today’s market. I got my official certificate in the mail and wanted to share my excitement with you!!! Be advised, this photograph is super professional quality… it was taken by my web cam! hahaha
